My blog is so dead right now. lol. XD I actually have a pending entry but I'm too lazy to finish it. haha! So I'm going to start on a new entry so my blog won't have just 1 entry for the month of October. ugh.
Anyway, our semestral break started already, actually a week had passed already. lol. And I did nothing but watch movies, Asian dramas and tv shows. I have a pretty boring life I know. haha! :D So to make those movie watching hours in use, here's another lame movie review from me. :)

Yesterday, October 7, 2011, my friend Erika tweeted, and I quote:
"WTH happened to NEWS. So heartbreaking. I want to cry. TT__TT"
Since I adore the Japanese boy-group NEWS so much, I asked her about it. She then tweeted me a link.
When I saw the headline, I was like "This can't be true! It's a joke right??" I read the short article and it hit me like a bullet! Tears started to dwell on my eyes, I checked the other NEWS-related community and it was also posted there. That was when the tears started to fall. The NEWS that I've loved for 3 and a half years (and still counting), the NEWS that inspired me, the NEWS that made me smile on my gloomy days just lost two of its members. One was even my ichiban. :( I can't believe it! I can't accept it! I never thought that this would happen. Right then and there, I needed a hug. And I was glad to have my co-fangirl friends there to grieve with me. I can't listen to any NEWS songs, I can't watch any NEWS videos, I tried to avoid every possible contact with NEWS, but I can't. I had a poster of them on my wall, I have Ryo and Tego pillows, my Livejournal was full of NEWS and my Tumblr dashboard was also full of them. Tears started falling again, I really felt heartbroken and betrayed.
I accepted Kibum and Kangin out of Super Junior, as well as Jin of KAT-TUN going solo, same goes with Alexander and Kibum being replaced in U-KISS, but Ryo and Yamapi leaving NEWS?! I just... I just can't. T.T
Until now, I'm still struggling, I still don't know if I'll be able to get over it. It's true that yesterday, I got angry at Ryo and Yamapi's decisions. They've been together for 8 years and they'll only quit now? I was disappointed at Ryo for choosing Kanjani8 over NEWS. I was disappointed at Yamapi for going solo. Honestly, right now, I'm still kind of angry and disappointed, but it will never get me anywhere so what's the point of getting angry anyway?
This news just explained why they didn't have any activities, just magazine shoots and interviews. This explained why Soukon only had Tego, Massu, Shige and Keii. This explained Yamapi's solo activities. We, fans, patiently waited for NEWS. Some even petitioned, and this is the "update" that they're going to tell us? *sigh*
I've never been this emotional over a boy-group before. I'm still on the verge of crying every time I listen to NEWS' songs. I've been a fan for 3 and a half years and I've been fully devoted to them. NEWS already had a place in my heart, and that's not just a metaphor. I love them so much! And when I say so much, I mean immeasurable-love SO MUCH. :D But really, kidding aside, I really love them a lot!
I guess I have no choice but to try to accept it little by little. I've got to let that fact sink in. I'm definitely going to support the 4 remaining members. The best thing that they need right now is the full support and love of all the NEWS fans. It may be a little weird at first but I'll try my best to never let them down. As for the two, I still don't know. Even though I love Ryo so much, I just can't come to a concrete decision. Am I still going to support and love them like before? I just don't know...
One thing is for sure, NEWS will forever be 6 in my heart. <3 #FOREVER6NIN

While I was trying to find something to do (excluding studying. lol), I just remembered my past cellphones and I don't know, but I just had this urge to blog about it. Maybe because I find it interesting and nostalgic. hehe. :DD

Familiar title? hehe. I was planning to blog about this like weeks ago, but because I have an unstable internet connection, I only had the chance to blog about it now (obviously. lol)
Anyway, for the past few weeks, I've been doing nothing but watch movies and my downloaded videos, but then I had this weird desire to re-watch the series, Heroes. I guess it's because I watched Bring It On: All or Nothing and saw Hayden Panettiere. I'm a huge fan of hers. :) I watched the 1st season like years ago, and that day, I just want to re-watch it. So, I went through my dad's stack of DVDs and found myself 3 DVDs of the 1st season and 1 of the 2nd season. I took our DVD player in my room and started watching. And guess what? I CAN'T STOP!! :DD
Anyway, I'm going to tell more about the series in a different blog post. I'm planning to do another 'must watch' blog. hehe. :))) For this blog though, it would be about Milo Ventimiglia's reply to my tweet! haha! XDD

I noticed that I haven't updated my blog for a long time now and for the sake of having an update, I'm just going to blog about this story that I've been writing since last week.
So my story's called Untitled. I seriously don't know if I'm going to stick to that title until I finished it, maybe I'll change it when I've thought of something better. (which I highly doubt)
I'm finished with the first chapter of it, I'm now currently writing the second chapter (duh! lol). Until now I don't have a decent plot yet. Yes, I started the story without a specific direction. haha! But I'm starting to get some ideas of what I should write. hehe.
Anyway, it's one of those typical love stories. lol. That's like the easiest thing to write about. It's actually not my first time to write a story. I've written other stories before but failed to finish them. Lack of motivation and lack of inspiration I guess were the reasons. With this current story though, I'm planning to finish it. Hopefully I can.
I can't write a synopsis about it because like what I said, I don't have a decent plot. lol. Anyway, if you want to read the first chapter, I've uploaded it on my Scribd account.

Kobe in Manila
Okay, I know this happened days ago but what the heck! I still want to blog about it. haha! :D This would be a long entry, trust me! haha! XD

So, last week, I got the news that Nike Philippines is bringing Kobe Bryant back in Manila. I badly wanted to see him so I checked on how to get tickets but failed to get some info. When I was already losing hope, Tim Yap (a local celebrity) tweeted about a Kobe Bryant in Manila ticket giveaway. Because I'm a huge fan of the Lakers, I've decided to give it a shot and tweet him about wanting to have the ticket. Another reason why I wanted to win was because my dad is a fan of Kobe, and it would be so awesome if he gets to see him. So, yeah, I patiently waited for his giveaway details on twitter. I even tweeted him several times asking him when he'll announce the details on how one can win the tickets. I actually even used my second twitter account to spam him with "I want to win the Kobe tickets!" or "Please, let me win the Kobe tickets!" Desperate times call for desperate measures. hehe! :DD

So, okay, this is my first movie review on my blog even though I have watched like a thousand movies, mainly because it's my favorite movie ever! :) It's actually a 1995 movie. Yeah, I was only like 2 years old when this movie came out. hehe. Don't fret, even though it's an old movie, you can totally relate to the story plus you wouldn't really notice that it's an old film, except I guess for their cellphones (and they still have pagers). lol. :) But I really really love this movie! I swear! I watched this movie like 50 times already. No kidding! That's how much I love this movie. When I first found out about this movie, thanks to my aunt, I was so impressed, inspired and satisfied that I watched it again! haha! So, anyway, I know this movie by heart so I'm going to make a systematic review for all you. haha. :) If anyone reads this anyway. :)

must watch tv series: Pretty Little Liars
This is like the on top of the list tv show MUST WATCH! :D (bias!) If you're bored with your life and want some excitement, I recommend you to watch this television show. :)
WHAT'S IT ABOUT??
It's a mix of a lot of genres. Mystery, romance, suspense, drama and just everything else. This show was an adaptation of the novels written by Sara Shepard. The characters, (according to pic above) Spencer, Aria, Emily and Hanna are haunted/blackmailed by a person who hides behind the initial "A". This "A" apparently knows every secret that they have. They were living their separate lives after the death of their friend Alison, but they got their friendship back after receiving a text message or more like a threat from A.
I've already watched the whole season 1, I even downloaded every episode so I pretty much know a lot about this series. If you watched an episode, it will make you watch the next one or the previous one just to know the events that happened. You must really watch it from the first episode to the last to make you understand the story and give you a little hint about A. But actually, until now, I still don't have any idea who A is. lol. That's is why I was super happy when I've read that season 2 is coming up. The season 2 is now on its 3rd episode, and of course, unexpected events are happening again. And of course, some people are back on Rosewood. :D You just have to watch it to know! :D [!]SPOILER[!] One actor was even replaced by another (hot) actor. XD [!]SPOILER[!]

Yesterday...
We had school yesterday, and since it was Wednesday, we had 3 classes, Macroeconomics, Biological Science and the class that I've been looking forward to this semester, Speech Communication. I've been looking forward to this Speech communication class because 1.) I fail so much at speaking. I'm more of the writer person than the speaker one, so even though I can fully construct a decent English sentence in my mind, I can never deliver it nicely. :| 2.) My favorite subject is English. Our Speech subject serves as our English subject, so it basically became my favorite subject. and 3.) The professor. When we first met our professor, I was impressed at how he kind of has this British accent when he speaks, I was certain that I would learn a lot from him.
Anyway, as a part of my great appreciation for this class, I used my yellow (my favorite color) filler for this class and it's even the first filler that you'll see when you open my binder. Yes, I'm biased that way. :) I've been doing this since High School actually. I always made sure that my English notebook has the best cover. haha!

What's up with the title?? lol. Just had some crazy ideas on things to blog about. :) Like other bloggers, I've decided to do book reviews, music video reviews, song reviews, movie reviews, drama reviews, show reviews and other things that I can review. haha!! :D But seriously, I do plan on doing these things. Yes, even if I had to re-read all the novels that I've read and re-watch all the movies I've watched, but maybe not the dramas that I've watched. School just started but I'm already packed with things to do. >.> So yeah, I don't have the time to re-watch dramas, sorry. I can just make drama recommendations though. :) That's actually a better idea! lol. RECOMMENDING stuff! :DD Ah! I'll just try my best to write something interesting once in a while. :) So stay updated. :)
I know I'm not the best blogger ever, but I would like to try to contribute things to this crazy internet world. :) I may be a frustrated blogger for now but someday, somehow, I'm going to make a difference through my words. :)
common mistakes!
I've had enough. I just have to get this out of my system. lol. I'm always on Twitter and I follow a lot of people, when I'm in the mood, I browse through my timeline... and I regret it after! lol. Why? One reason are the endless whining. lol. But the main reason are the wrong grammars. So here, I'm going to blog about the common mistakes that people make. I don't know if they do it on purpose or what, but nothing's going to stop me from blogging it. Sorry.
Okay, first of all, I'm not a native English speaker. I'm from the Philippines and my first language is Filipino, so yeah, I just learned English. But regardless of that I'm a certified grammar freak. I check people's grammar all the time. lol. My friends even call F7 (shortcut for spelling and grammar on MS WORD) because of this weird habit of always correcting them. haha! I'm not saying that I don't make grammar mistakes, I do, I swear. I'm confused too on how to use this word or that word, but I always make sure that everything I write sounds good, if it doesn't, I'll just end up deleting everything. lol. I'm fond of reading books and watching foreign movies and shows so I guess those contributed to my grammar-freak(ness). haha!
Let's get down to business. I won't be enumerating all the mistakes I've seen, I'm just going to enumerate some I guess.
just bored
It's 1:30AM and I'm still wide awake (obviously) and bored. BLAH! lol. I'm surprised because I'm blogging here instead of blogging on LiveJournal. Maybe I should just re-post my Mario Maurer blog their to keep my page updated. lol. So, yeah, what to blog about??
SCHOOL:
AH! School sucks! lol. And it's only been the 2nd day. haha! Our professors are old and strict. Okayy, before you say anything, I have nothing against old folks alright? haha! With that said, almost all of them gave us assignments to do! It's really a good thing that we only get to meet most of them once a week. lol. So I have like a week to do my assignments. But of course because of some distractions like Twitter and other social networking sites, the word PROCRASTINATING comes to mind again. I really should change that. lol. The question now is.. HOW?! HAHA! But I want to finish everything tomorrow... or perhaps on Sunday? lol! We only have 4 days of classes. Good class schedule I must say. :D (What a way to shift to a new topic. lol)
FANDOM:
These past few weeks, I've been fangirling two new Korean boy groups. N-Train is one and the other is B1A4. Yes, weird names but HOT boys and SUPER ADDICTING songs! :D B1A4's O.K is just A-MAZING! The melody, rhythm, lyrics, just everything is amazing! :) I highly recommend this song! :) N-Train's One Last Cry is a big hit for me as well. :) It's good to see a new group debuting to a RnB slash ballad type of song. N-Train's members have really good vocals. This groups is really a must-follow one. hehe. Glad I discovered them on the exact day of their debut. :D All thanks to my twitter friend, @syasyahyukie ~ :D
Of course I'm not forcing you to like KPOP. I understand if you have your own likes. :) But please, respect us KPOP fans. Respect begets respect. You should always remember that. :)

AH! It's been such a long long time. My last post was in 2009! lol! It's already 2011 for crying out loud! :) Anyway, it's because of new site discoveries throughout the years. One is Livejournal which I discovered and got hooked to since 2008. Another is Facebook, which became like the most popular social networking site. Third is Tumblr which up until now, I can't seem to understand its purpose. lol. I'm not an active Tumblr user so I guess that's why I'm still such a newbie at it. I guess I don't really get the "appeal" of Tumblr, unlike some people. :) Don't misunderstand, I don't have anything against Tumblr. lol. I love my username there. lol. And last, but certainly not the least, Twitter which I'm on for like 24/7. lol. I'm kidding, remove my sleeping time. lol. But yes, I can admit that I'm a Twitter addict. One main factor that I can think of is the KPOP idols who are slowly invading the Twitter world. haha! Anyway, enough with the sites stuff, you obviously know all about those.
So, what's new?
Well, I'm now a College sophomore. Yeah, can you believe it? lol. Started this blog in 2007 and I was like, what? a High School freshman? lol. And now, I'm a College sophomore. Gosh. Time really does fly so fast. Anyway, I'm now studying at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines or PUP for short. Yes, yes, the university which is 12 pesos per unit. lol. XD My course is Bachelor of Science in Political Economy. It's like a mix of Politics and Economics. Pfft. As if you didn't figure that out. lol. And no, I'm not enjoying my current course. haha! I originally wanted to take Political Science but it ran out of slots so I had no choice. I want to take a pre-law course so it's either this or Economics. *sigh* I guess I'm not loving my course fully because of the hard Math subjects that we have. I hate Math. No matter what I do, I can never seem to get the hang of it. It's frustrating at times but I've learned to accept the fact that it's just not my forte.
Why am I back on Blogger?
It's because of Alice's blog. Alice has cancer and she has this bucket list on her blog and one of it was to trend in Twitter. I saw #alicebucketlist on no. 10 and because I was curious, I clicked it and knew everything about her condition. I was inspired so I decided to click the log in button, make some changes in my blog design and write this entry. Anyway, I really hope she gets to do everything in her bucket list, nothing can stop you from trying to achieve your dreams. Everyone deserves the chance to do what they want. Anyway, #alicebucketlist is no.3 on the TT now. :DD
What's new on my blog?
The blog design, the colors, the font, the blog description, my profile and I guess the new 18 year-old, college sophomore ME. :) I'll change my picture and make a few more changes when I switched to my laptop. I'm on the family computer a.k.a desktop so I don't have files here. lol. Since all my files are either in my laptop or in my external hard drive.
I guess the only thing that won't change here are the things that I would be blogging about. I won't change the fact that I created this blog in 2007 to share my experiences, thoughts, and just everything that I want to blog about, no matter how good or bad they are. :) This is my personal space, I'll use it in whatever I want. :)
A long entry to celebrate my comeback on this blog site. :) I hope I can blog about more things in the future. :) I'll try to be as updated as possible. :) Wish me luck~~ :)
